HFM FoodService is a leading Pacific region and Hawaii statewide wholesale foodservice distributor. We provide the finest quality groceries and supplies for foodservice operators across the Hawaiian Islands, Marshall/Marianas, and Guam.
Our company is a subsidiary of Kerr Pacific Corp., headquartered in Portland, Oregon. A wheat flour milling company founded in the mid-nineteenth century, Kerr Pacific operates the Pendleton Flour Mill in Pendleton, Oregon as well as other operations including the Hawaiian Flour Mill, located at the port of Honolulu near the Aloha Tower.
HFM FoodService grew out of the Hawaiian Flour Mill business. The foodservice distribution division became a separate company shortly after we moved from our mill location on the docks to a large modern distribution center on Umi Street in Honolulu's Kalihi district.
In 2004 HFM FoodService merged with MORRAD Foodservice on Maui. We now provide daily delivery service on Maui through our HFM MORRAD facility.
