Signing on: Enter username and password then click “Sign In Now”.

PowerNet Instructions - Creating an Order
1. Click on “Create order from”
2. Choose either “History” or “Standard guides”, or “Customer guide”.
3. Key in quantities desired next to items.
4. If item information is needed, click on the item number.
5. When finished click on “Place Order”.
6. On the next screen, if desired, key in “Special Instructions”
or “Purchase Order number”
7. Click on “Print” for order confirmation. (If desired).
8. Then click on “Submit Order”
9. Please delete “pending orders”.
PowerNet Instructions - Searching
1. On the “order form” screen you can use the “Search” option.
2. Key in an item description i.e. “mango” then click “GO”.
3. When item is shown it will be on another screen. Key in quantity if
desired.
4. To get back to the order form click on “Show all items”.
To search in another area (i.e. to add a new item to current order form).
a. Click on “Quick Add”
b. Key in item number (and quantity if desired).
c. Now click on “Order Form”. Item will be displayed by item number.
PowerNet Instructions - Order Guide
1. Click on “Administration”, then click on “Order Guide”.
2. Select “Create new guide” in “Guide Name” field.
3. Key in your order guide name. Then key in order guide description.
4. Click on “Create Guide”.
5. There are 2 ways to do this. “Add/Remove Items” and “Quick Add”.
6. Add items as desired.
7. Click save.
8. The order guide will be shown under “Create order from” button
under “Personal Guides”.
9. If Par levels are used, this is where you would set up the usage
level. (Please inquire.)
10. You can use this guide to create an order.
